Lapsykay’s debut album “Shamanik Therapy”, released on Hadra Records When the bass spreads into the atmosphere forming a wave, when the high frequencies carve this wave and the mids start to vibrate in harmony, when our senses perceive it and our cells jump into dance, this is when magic operates by driving us into a state of trance, a true “Shamanik Therapy”! This is the title Lapsykay gave to his debut album; inviting us to discover the fruit of the research he carried out for the past few years: new steps, new sounds, new colours… He takes us to a melodic and dynamic world, built on a heavy kick and a deliciously groovy rolling bassline, merging with the melodies of his traditional instruments like the trumpet or Spanish guitar. He creates a music that is jazzy, attractive and psychedelic, a delight at any moment of the day and night.
