Releasing an album on April Fool’s Day might appear like a joke; however it is all but a coincidence. Following the release of his debut album and two EPs since 2013, Oddwave is at it again with his much anticipated second album: LIFE IS A JOKE!

Revolted against a uniform reality that represses divergent expressions, the artist challenges the rules and his own genius at the benefit of a sharpened and remarkable music.
With the help of several up-and-coming producers from the French scene such as Maitika, Shred’er and Beat Defenders, he deconstructs and avoids the norm of progressive trance, its styles and languages to prompt surprise, laughter and euphoria!

Oddwave animates, enflames, transports…. He aims to drop the mask of the superficial and misleading human being. He tries to lift the veil covering our insightfulness, driven by the vibration of a universal music.

If Life Is A Joke, we are all clowns and have a role to play, without arrogance and false pretense but with a massive smile and a good dose of humour!
